The power supply on both sides is connected together, just connect one side. Two independent channels are available on both sides.
One side is the TXD and RXD channel of RS232, the other side is the TXD and RXD channel of TTL. Area near RS232 is RS232 level, the area near TTL is TTL level.
Arrows show signal flow. Inside means input, outside means output.
